Have you been experiencing issues connecting

in Business Central?

Bank of Scotland

Please refer to the list below for known issues that we have encountered and information on how to circumvent them

  • Run in Incognito/Private Browsing

  1. Open up an incognito or private browsing window. 

  2. Log in to Business Central and attempt to connect the bank.

Alternatively, using your existing Business Central session, when the connection window appears, you can right click the “Click Here” link (this contains a unique one-off Session ID) and paste this into an incognito browser window to connect.

  • Disable Browser Extensions and All Cached History on Google Chrome


  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More > More tools > Extensions.

  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.

  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

If you have a PC, hold Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

If you have a Mac, hold Command + Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

Cached History:

  1. Select a Time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Cookies and other site data.

  3. Select the checkbox next to Cached images and files.

  4. Click Clear data.
